1. WITHDRAWAL

The customer has the right to return their order within 14 calendar days of receipt, without providing any reason for the return. In this case, the return is made at the customer's responsibility and expense, and our company commits to refunding the order amount within 14 days of receiving the return.

Necessary conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal within the 14 days are that the product has not been used, no labels (e.g., stickers, brand markings, etc.) have been removed, and for electrical/electronic devices, their packaging has not been opened. Additionally, all items must be returned in the condition they were received, without damage, without any defects, complete, and in their packaging (for items received in special packaging, such as fragile products, they must be returned in their special packaging).

It is also important that the return is accompanied by the purchase receipts (retail receipt/invoice).

For items and products related to hygiene (e.g., swimsuits, underwear, socks, razors, etc.), returns are not accepted.

1.2. REFUND

In case of withdrawal, the refund amount includes the product cost. Monetary amounts arising from additional services (such as the cash on delivery service) are not included in the final refund amount.

Refunds are made in the same way the order was paid. In case of payment by courier cash on delivery, the customer must inform us of a bank account number along with their refund request.

Refunds are made up to the tenth day from the date of receipt.

2. RETURN AND REPAIR/REPLACEMENT OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

Our company takes all necessary measures to ensure that the shipment of the order contains the correct products ordered by the customer and that the product sent to the customer is fully functional and undamaged.

If, upon receiving the product, you find that it differs from what you ordered or has a defect, you must inform us by contacting the details found on the CONTACT page.

When communicating with our company's support department, you will be asked if you want to proceed with Withdrawal, replace the product, credit the order amount to your account on our online store, or receive an interest-free refund of your order amount.

In case of incorrect order execution or a defective product upon receipt, the cost of return and replacement shipping is covered by our company and not the customer.

3. ORDER CANCELLATION

If the customer wishes to cancel their order, it must be done before it is shipped by our company. If our company has already shipped the order, the customer must follow the right of Withdrawal procedure.

4. PRODUCTS - WARRANTY TERMS

The products offered by our company are durable goods that carry all necessary safety certifications. The products are accompanied by a reasonable duration warranty of good operation and written instructions for use (except for simple-to-use products) in Greek. If instructions are not available in Greek (but available in another language such as English), this will be clearly stated on the product presentation page.

The device's warranty lasts according to the manufacturer from the purchase date and allows free problem resolution, provided that the customer retains the purchase receipt throughout the warranty period, the device's fixed details (Serial No.) have not been altered, the damage is not excluded based on the manufacturer's warranty form, and the damage was not caused by the customer's fault.
